Megan Thee Stallion has made another statement over the shooting incident in which she “suffered gunshot wounds” after Tory Lanez allegedly shot at her twice.
The American rapper, 25, took to her Twitter page to hit out at Internet trolls poking fun about the situation, saying she’s “real-life hurt” and “traumatized.”
She wrote on Twitter: “Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own. It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real-life hurt and traumatized. “
This comes after it was revealed that the Los Angeles Police Department is officially looking into the allegation that Megan Thee Stallion suffered gunshot wounds after Tory Lanez allegedly shot at her twice.
According to TMZ, detectives have opened an assault with a deadly weapon investigation into what allegedly happened early Sunday morning July 12, shortly before cops pulled over Tory’s chauffeur-driven SUV in the Hollywood Hills.
The Canadian rapper has been named as the culprit who allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion in the feet twice during an argument as she and her best friend Kelsey Nicole attempted to get out of his SUV following a fight at a house party in the Hollywood Hills.
Sources close to the Canadian rapper told TMZ that the rapper would claim that the shooting incident was accidental if he’s charged for the shooting.
