Video director tearfully narrates how she was brutalized by soldiers in Obalende

Cynthia Philip, a video director, has accused Nigerian soldiers of brutality.In a video shared to her Instagram account, Cynthia was in tears as she narrated how she was at Obalende, Lagos, to help her mum who sells noodles there. She said she was trying to help her mum get her load and take them to the house when some soldiers attacked her and began flogging her.She said they asked her to run but she explained that she needed to help her mum.
